Depends on the discretion of the management and the BGV policy.. Read below pointers to know more on this…..

We don’t do BGV usually as it’s the responsibility of the client who is sending that employee in for help as consultant.
Take a example & validate. You have a TV at home which you bought from GH Company, now you have some issue & raised a complaint with GH Company. They will send consultant or technician to get your device repaired, here you as a customer will not do BGV of person who is coming at your doorstep, that’s GH Company’s responsibility to do BGV for their employees.
Unless we hire that consultant in our organization and include him on payroll, we will not have any role on BGV for consultant.
If the Consultant who has come to repair & Fix issue or help us does create any issue or doesn’t comply with the rules and regulations, it would be the responsibility of GH Company to take action on their employee as per the set rules and regulations.
GH Company will be solely responsible for all acts & issues committed by their consultant on this example, as at the time of agreement of the service between our company & GH Company, we would have all rules and regulations agreed by both sides and duly signed.
