HR Shared Services.
JIRA would facilitate the best of its functionality to achieve a successful
workflow & bridges a gap between End Users (Customers) & HR Shared
Service (Agents).
JIRA provides a robust methodology of having multiple projects based
on the requirements of the organization. We started our journey with
ONEHR motive & the project in JIRA was named after HR Data Change
Request Form which was then renamed to HR Data Change/Query &
finally renamed to HR DATA CHANGE with successful Go live in August
2020.
We came up with a Form Methodology of JIRA in which the data would
be provided by Local HRBP’s through a Ticket. We bifurcated process of
HR into 4 wide ranges, based on which the JIRA workflows have been
created. Initially We had just 3 workflows & then we had addition to it.
1. Request for Data Change
2. Personal Data Change
3. Service Request
As we had a new functionality through SAP for On-boarding, a new
workflow was driven &
4. On-boarding Integration was added, which is hidden in nature
for HRDC Project.
With the process in SAP, we introduced the process of Approval & Non-
Approval based transaction & which intern impacted JIRA key factors.
Workflows were renamed as specified below
- Data Change -With Approval
- Data Change – Non-Approval
- Request for Service/Help
- On-boarding Integration
