Change -With Approval Process by creating a ticket which intern has a
layer of Approval from respective HR Managers from concerned location
to feed in the data to SAP PHR system through HRSS Team.
Ticket Raised by LHRBP —-> Approval from HR Manager or Pier —> HRSS
Team —-> Data Update SAP PHR —> Back to Reporter for Validation —>

We can not have 2 status with same names, hence as there had been a requirement, we executed the below trick > Status “Approve” & Status “Approve.”
