Conversion of Excel file to Text File for EPF Uploading

Steps :

1. Prepare and update excel sheet with necessary details
2. Go to File Menu “Save As”
3. Select the save as type “CSV” (Comma Delimited)
4. Save the file and Close the excel sheet
5. Right click on CSV File and open with notepad
6. Delete the headers and bank lines if any
7. Go to edit menu, click on replace
8. In “Find What” enter “,” and in replace with “#~#”, click on replace all
9. Save the text file without any space in the file name
