Hey, as we have few limitations on JIRA with Customer access lets try alternative plan to work on analytics to get the final visualization reach our end users with the help of Power BI Dashboards.
We would have this achieved with the help of JIRA token generation and then taken over by Power BI Administrators to mold and shape data on a Analytical view
Click on Profile Icon on JIRA and select Manage Account
Select Security and we would find API Token section. Clicking on Create and Manage API Token will land you on below screen with details. All API tokens generated with time frame and option to remove and create new will be controlled from API Token section.
I had generated a API token 2 years back as you see to integrate the data from JIRA to Power BI, you are free to give your own label or text for the generated API Token. We were successful in getting the Analytics mode on through Power BI to our end users.

Revoking is nothing other than deleting or taking back your access, any system connected would fail on Revoke as the data transfer would be blocked and API Key will be deleted.
